Google ads on youtube?

So how do we make some money off these google ads on youtube? Any hot guys out there know the answer? Is our blog a little too hot for google or adult? LOL Seriously though, I'm all into making money so if you know the answer please respond with a comment. Anything for these college bills. phew!
